Adam Shulman: Allstate Insurance

Had a single claim for auto ibsurance ..total car given $2200 after deductible and a $270 by back if i want to keep car ..their fiqure was not comperable to purchase same car and condition anywhere near me .claimed they found three in NJ!! No condition given ..poor service !!

I had a very difficult experience with the Shulman Agency. My car was totaled and I wasn’t provided any assistance or information on how to go about next steps. After numerous attempts to contact the Shulman Agency I was left doing their job, calling claims and the 1-800 number for REAL help. When the Shulman Agency finally answered he told me my car was a lost cause, because I trusted him I asked if I should keep my policy or cancel it , he told me I would only need it if I had a vehicle, which I do not. After this conversation I had been told I could not buy my car back (not mentioning that this is an Allstate policy, and I was able to repurchase if I switched my insurance). I called the 1-800 number to cancel my policy because my payout was so low I wasn’t able to even look at another c

Adam Schulman is absolutely amazing! When my house flooded last year, he was quick to provide the help and support I needed during such a stressful time. He’s always there to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, and he does it with genuine care and professionalism. Adam’s level of service is unmatched—he truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. I can’t recommend him enough!

I have been his customer for many years. Yes, all is good when you make him money. You see true colors when you have an issue. I had paid full annual premium for my policy but had to cancel within six months because of an issue he couldn’t resolve after many calls. When Adam cancelled the policy, he said I should expect a refund but instead I started getting collection agency letter. He didn’t even have courtesy to tell me if there was a balance due. Of corse, he couldn’t because he owed me money instead. So, if you really want to see how good he’s, cancel your policy and see his true colors.

I just would like to say this is my first time getting car insurance by myself and the owner Adam did an amazing job of making me feel like I was right at home. He took the time to explain everything he helped me make decision on pricing did I mention he has an adorable pup!!! lol It was a very hard day for me and he did everything in his power to make it a much better one without even knowing so that being said, I would like publicly thank him in help me get through a pivotal moment in my life my life. So If anyone is looking to get car insurance anytime soon you would be a fool not to go to Adam Shulman Allstate insurance in cold spring Harbor!!!!
