Adam Nedvin: Allstate Insurance

Just started dealing with this office only to find out they have the worst customer service ever. Their worker debbie has no knowledge or ability to handle questions or provide customer assistance. Why they keep her working here is beyond me. On top of that, debbie has a crude manner and is unprofessional in her approach with clients. You can actually hear debbie laugh under her breath when you are speaking or asking her a question. If she doesn't like her job then she should leave it. If I behaved the same way in my job as debbie does at this Allstate office, I would have been let go immediately.

Adam is an agent I got via a friend. We do not live in the same vicinity, never met personally, yet he is responsive and helpful as if we lived in same neighborhood.

Excellent customer service . If any questions the staff gets back to you right away. Would highly recommend .

Horrible experience after being a customer for more than 30 years. No communication after email, text and phone mail requests. Have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees. Would think that might be a consideration.
