Ada Jones: Allstate Insurance

So sad. I have a policy with Allstate through this agency. On 5-25-2024 the Club Car Wash at Sw 89th damaged our car severely. The attendant acknowledged the event and the damage from heavy fishing line hooks and lead sinkers that were entangled in their brush system. The young manager there advised us we had to sign a waiver in order to make a claim. There were two witnesses plus a statement of the events signed by the attendant and the witness. I told the man that I could only sign a waiver like that if my agent or the Allstate claims office advised me to. Nobody at Allstate answered the phone that day between 9am to 10 am that morning. Turns out there is no claims number on the e cards provided by Allstate. Ok, no problem, I'll just call them Tuesday after the memorial holiday. Thats

Originally just contacted them for quote for auto liability on 1 vechice. Due to there expertise and superior customer service I, am now proud to say the handle all my policies including my home owners insurance. A+++++

The best customer service I have ever received from an insurance agent/company. Jade will go an extra mile to get to you taken care of. Donnie too. I had hail damage on my roof and All State settled but gave me the run around sending the check - for almost a month I got bounced around and told lies or no call backs from their 'disaster teams' people. I have been with Ada Jones for five years so out of desperation I reached out to them to help - this was not even their department or responsibility but Jade and Donnie kept harassing this out of state department for almost two weeks and eventually they paid out. Bottom line - All State for your home owners insurance? I would stay well clear but Ada Jones All State for everything else? 100% recommend - none better!

I got mail from them with home insurance estimate $1450, but when I contact on next day, they provide $3600 cost, not $1450. be careful and not trust them, check every word.
