Ada Insurance Center is the best insurance company I have ever worked with. I purchased my auto and home owners insurance through them at reasonable prices. When I call AIC, a real person answers the phone and is very helpful and professional. If my agent is not available, there is another agent ready to help me. What a change from my experience with previous insurance companies where there were multiple phone trees to navigate before I could talk with a human being (or an AI generated assistant) who didn't know me or my circumstances and was not knowledgable about my coverage.
