Had a tree fall on both my cars and carport on the January storm. Called my agency and my agent . I was told by Safeco I had car rental, when I told my agent she said I didn't have coverage. She made me talk to a specialist and he also told me I didn't have coverage. I had to rent my neighbor's truck out of my own pocket. I called back later to change my policy and another agent told me I had coverage. When I complained to my agent she didn't care.

Today I arrived at the agency and had a meeting with ROBIN MANAI ::: on the issue of our car insurance. The second time I meet this nice and kind woman, a professional in my work. She is a very good employee of BEL - ANDERSON INSURANCE agency and an excellent employee who knows her job very well. Although my English is not very good, she told me everything in detail, helped to change our coverage and accept payment of our bills. Don’t go with this company the didn’t know what the are doing . The are so bad peoples and not good I been with them over 4 years I have one claim and stop answering there phone and email. And the will find you sheep insurance but not covering anything!!!!!!!!!
