Acrisure Meridian, ID (Northwest Insurance Brokers)

Northwest Insurance Brokers used to be a great business when Terry was the only agent and Heather was his assistant. We've been with this broker for over 25 years. Unfortunately, they have gone dramatically down hill since it was sold. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Insurance agents are a dime a dozen.

I requested a quote for coverage back in April 2024 and I have been harassed by two different collection agencies trying to enforce a policy we never accepted or signed up for. I have emailed the agent multiple times, and they refuse to take any action and stop collection efforts. I would never deal with or recommend Acrisure Northwest Insurance Brokers to my worse enemy...well maybe my worse. Their collection notices have been filed in my round receptacle. :)

Honest Matthew was so helpful and quick. He worked with me how I wanted. Via email, then called when I was available. He answered questions and explained things simply. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Not the company they used to be. I have been with Northwest Brokers for more than 15 years and the company recently changed ownership. Service levels with the previous ownership were always best in the industry. Service levels today, lowest level in the industry. Too bad, they are taking a great company and making it just another mediocre one. I guess its time to find a new insurance broker for my personal and business needs. Good Luck!

I have had Nate Lowry as my insurance agent for some time now. Has always gone above and beyond to help me with any issue I may have. Very friendly and professional, I would recommend Northwest Insurance to anyone who would like to work with a competent agent and would like the best insurance fit for your needs. Vickie Little
