I was a former customer of Glenn Martin and enjoyed excellent service Took my renewals in for a quote not knowing he had sold the business. I’ve called 4 times trying to get the quote. Phone was answered by someone out of state. She assured me I would get follow up call asap. Called back day later and another out of state person answered put on hold 5 minutes said she was transferring me to agent that would solve the issue. This agent didn’t know what I was talking about and then realized I was in Ky. She was in Florida! She was going to have someone call me back asap! All I want now is to get my renewal information back!

Anne has helped me with several different problems I have had. She is very helpful and professional. She always has taken her time to research and resolve my issues and has a positive attitude. She is very much appreciated!

In an industry with overwhelming identical advertising it is hard to determine which insurer really gives you the best blend of coverage for the premium - Jack makes this all easy as he can shop dozens of carriers using your specific needs. Not being tied to just one carrier means competition across the lines (lower prices) and their office staff is fast and responsive, not to mention just a local call away. I've used them for many years and have no regrets about the choice, highly recommended.
