Acrisure Bronx, NY (Patrick J Cavallo Agency)

Used to be a very good company, but after the aquisition by Acrisure, they don't seem to care about their customers anymore. Sloppy, poor follow-up on issues, and failure where they don't do what they said they would. A sad example of how private equity ruins any sense of ownership and good customer service. I moved my business to an insurance agency that actually makes an effort.
