If you are a business policy holder, I recommend you investigate options from other agents. I made the mistake of putting my trust in this company. After years of rate increases I decide to search out a better agent, and find out not only did I not have the coverage I "thought" i had, but was paying for duplicate coverage across two policies. Its clear this company doesn't take the time to understand businesses and their specific needs, they just put the square peg in the round hole and send you a bill. I'm paying significantly less money now (thousands) and went from actual replacement value to replacement cost coverage. Best decision I could have made for business.
