Achieve Title Services

This title company is incredibly disappointing. First off, take note of other reviews—they charge DOUBLE what most title companies charge, and the service is just as bad as the reviews suggest. In a recent closing, even the simplest requests, like “please email the client and CC us to schedule closing,” were ignored. Instead of emailing, they insisted on calling, creating unnecessary confusion and back-and-forth for both us and the client. This wasn’t an isolated issue; it happened multiple times. The title agent, Kristie, refused to share the preliminary statement with us before sending it to the client, even though we specifically requested it to catch potential errors. Stephanie Hall sand Kristie Jordan were wonderful! They were patient and coached us every step of the way in our remote closing process. I cannot thank them enough for helping us with one of the smoothest transactions, and transitions we have ever had in our lives together.

BEWARE. This title company charges almost 3 times the normal closing fee charging BOTH the Seller $595 closing fee and the Buyer $595 closing fee for a total closing fee of $1190. When questioned, Achieve Title was rude and condescending and refused to make any accommodation even though we were shocked and unhappy with these extraordinary high fees. I do not recommend this company.

Achieve title services CANNOT be trusted with your earnest money. Our contract clearly stated that if we failed to get a loan we were entitled to our $1500 EARNEST MONEY BACK. Achive tried to stick us with Nationstar, one of the worst lenders in the country. HOrrible customer service. We had impecable credit ratings. WE have been waiting on the seller Mathew Nagy to sign off on returning our money and were told by Achieve (Tanya) that both parties hadto sign to get money. Meanwhile, Achieve decided to cut a check to Nagy because he brings them business. Looks like we are going to have to sue Achieve and Nagy. I won't give up when I am in the right. Nagy also neglected to tell us the house was in a major flood zone and the house has flooded a couple of times lately. It was a terribl
