Absolutely the worst. Run as fast as you can away from this company. They are awful. We paid our yearly premium on time as always. With absolutely no warning……no letter, email, or phone call they just cancelled our insurance. I just happened to notice money had been refunded to my bank account. I went to my online account and it just said cancelled. So I’m at my beach house over 4th of July with a ton of people and no insurance. Do not use this company.
Needed insurance for my new business Try three times, not a good turn out. Walk in talks to front desk person I gave information call two another time never got a quote. I try to keep it local in my county. Butler's lost my business. Your lost Martha Carter Alvarez I want be referring my people
After saying they would help me, they sent me an email saying they had nothing for me. Well...they handle Citizens which is the last resort Home Insurance in Florida I called the Farm Bureau and had a great policy in 5 minutes.
