Ace Property & Casualty Insurance

This is the most awful insurance company I've ever had to deal with. I was t-boned when their client ran a red light. My insurance company had the assessment scheduled the next day and was ready to send it for repairs within a week. I went through this insurance company....since the other driver admitted fault and it should be easy and I wouldnt have to pay my deductible. It is now 3 weeks. The rental car is only covered one more week....and they still dont have the paperwork for the repair. They did their separate assessment a week ago...and I still dont have it. My insurance company (TRAVELERS!) gave that information the SAME day the assessment was done. This does not take a week. Staggering incompetence.

One of their drivers who was driving a SCHOOL BUS hit my car and smashed the hell out of it. Been a week and have not even heard anything. Try to call and there’s not even an option to leave a message. It’s their drivers fault they need to fix my car. This company is a joke.
