I had nothing but a wonderful experience with an agent Jessica at this insurance company. Even though when we sold our unit, we needed to cancel the flood insurance and homeowners insurance. She was kind enough to guide me through the entire process and organized the refund checks to be sent to our new home. Prompt, detailed, and absolutely wonderful. We can't thank her enough we're awesome and over the top service.
