My wife unfortunately has had to deal with this company over the years and I agree completely with the other review. Extremely poor communication. Needless delays on everything. It seems to be part of their tactics. We have always have dealt with the same individual (KM) and I'd rather go to the dentist. We are talking email after email not answered. Weeks to months later. They really deserve a minus 10 stars.

This is the worst workers' compensation company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no communication, missed and delayed payments to claimants, adjusters are extremely difficult to get ahold of, close claims without sending any documentation to the claimant. The only helpful person is the receptionist.
