Terrible and horrible customer service. The receptionist lady was so rude an none welcoming. First off she did even greet us. I was the one politely said Good afternoon in English and quickly in Spanish due we felt more comfortable, because she spoke the same as we heard her speaking it so well. Come to find out she was way more rude as a Spanish speaker and non helpful. When I would ask he questions she would interrupt me off immediately. So I kept my calm and told her we need more information, and she said well you can go to the west colonial location. Unfortunately I would not recommend this location due to the unpleasant and lack of professionalism and discrimination from this personal.

Extremely unprofessional! I cannot believe the supervisor behavior. Management needs to take a strong look at their staff asap. This is not how you service the community. I am a vendor and I would never treat any of my clients in such way!
