Acceptance Insurance

Would randomly change our premium month-to-month and when I got a new car on Sunday since my old one broke down, couldn’t get it insured till Monday and couldn’t get it legal so I couldn’t drive at all.

Really good experiences, for the most part. I will say, the last time I had to visit was to make a payment...had 2 $100 bills for a $120 bill. They couldn't break them/give any change back, so I had to leave & find somewhere that would break a $100. Culver's said no. Repair shop next door said no. Walgreens initially said no, but ended up doing it after some nudging. All around it was super frustrating & really inconvenient.

They're great until someone runs a red light and totals your vehicle. Then they won't investigate, claim not to even have staff for it, refuse to touch tools or allow an independent investigator. That same accident I got a ticket, which, if anyone from acceptance had gathered speed data on either vehicle, I would not have had to pay. The ticket cost more than a monthly payment for the insurance. I called, I reasoned, I pleaded, I begged. That accident cost my vehicle, my job, my livelihood, and incurred debts. All acceptance insurance had to offer was a smile and excuses What insurance company refuses to investigate an accident? How on earth is someone at fault for being T boned by someone blowing a red light? How do you even legally sell insurance? Doesn't your service count as a form
