Acceptance Insurance

I was interested in moving forward because the quoted rate was very good, but the subtotal did not match what was originally quoted. When I asked where the additional $150 was coming from, I was told it was listed on a separate page as a service and administrative fee, which was not clearly disclosed upfront. Payment was requested before I had signed or reviewed any documentation, and after I decided not to move forward, a charge was still processed. As a result, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. While they do appear to have competitive rates, the lack of transparency around fees made this a frustrating experience.
