Academy Insurance

Very bad experience. I was with them for years, but for the last two years they charged me interest on top of interest on everything, and my monthly payment was never the same. I went several weeks in a row to speak with the staff; they tried to help, but nothing was resolved. They charged me for everything, even for not renewing the insurance when the contract ended. I do not recommend them.

Very bad customer service Betty and Bryan lied about my quote and I can’t reach them when I call. Took $746 dollars from my bank account the auto pay plan is almost impossible to get out of and they said that the money can’t be refunded but that it will go towards my future payments, I felt like I had been played! I would never recommend Academy Insurance of Hawthorn to anyone!!!!

This place customer service is ridiculous they liars they tell you one price then two months later you get a total different price which you being on automatic pay they charge a card. Do not go here. I repeat do not go here.

Love the customer service! The quickness at which we was helped was amazing, even with a two year old terrorizing the office. The professionals who helped us were nothing less of awesome. I will definitely do all my insurance business here and navigate others to do the same. I loved the experience. Me and my wife are extremely pleased.
