I contacted them (they were my insurance agents) to cancel my insurance (that's an official Erie Insurance procedure). I was informed that I have to write an email with the cancellation request. I did. I even sent 2 emails. One to the address that was given to me over the phone and another to the address that I used a year ago to cancel another Erie policy. And it was way ahead of renewal time... Nevertheless, they have the audacity to send me a harassing request to pay for those renewed policies that I asked to be terminated. They didn't cancel my policies, they didn't respond to my emails, but they will for sure keep on harassing me with unlawful request to pay for those renewed policies. If this harassment doesn't stop immediately, I will be forced to take more decisive actions. ABI In
