I came to do my taxes and get my ITN NUMBER with AAIGOT and Nathalia Gomez helped me this was on March 2025, now NOVEMBER 2025 haven't get no ITN and no taxes been paid because SHE MADE SO MISTAKES ON MY TAX RETURN... DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT she's always asking the other girls how do I do this and now SHE IS NOT HELPING ME WITH THIS PROBLEM IM THE ONE CALLING TO THE IRS this is SO STRESSFUL so I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Calling her manager and not answering 👎

I have been a customer for AAIGOT for more than 25 years. Done my tax returns and use them for my car insurance. Professional and print service. Last ten years I have been help by Anita, great customer service and smile. They used to send cupons every year for loyal customers to do their taxes, sad to see that go.

AAIGOT insurance has Great staff, they are very friendly , hardworking and very professional in everything they do. They put their pride and commitment into helping the customer out and DO NOT GIVE UP until they have found the right price for the customer. Anita helped me with my commercial insurance.
