Erika at this office is excellent. She was able to answer all of my questions. She took the time to go through multiple quotes with me and changed any option I wanted to tailor the policy exactly how I wanted it. Very pleasant, respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable.
Well they couldn't offer me a better price than I'm currently getting the customer service was fantastic and she was completely upfront about the fact that she couldn't give me a better deal if I wanted to pay a little more I switched AAA.
I have both my Auto and Home insurance through AAA Midtown with David Manusco. Professional service and VERY Competive rates!! I HIGHLY recommend this agency for your insurance needs!!!
