Awesome service for International Driver’s Permit. Called and they offer photo service too, so if you don’t have a passport photo, it’s $10 on top of the $20 of the driver’s license. I was in and out in just 5 minutes and personnel is very kind.

Went here to get my international driving permit. I I didn't have an appointment but fortunately there wasn't a line. I recommend you have your picture taken here since it only costs $12 (compared to Walgreens which charges around $17 iirc). The permit was issued on the same day and the whole process of getting it lasted less than 15 minutes (without having my picture taken on site). Girl who processed and issued my permit was nice and friendly too 👍🏼

I ran over a 4x4 (think deck post) and it ruined two tires on the right side of my car while driving on Interstate 85 in North Carolina on my way back to Virginia. It took the dispatcher quite a while to get a location for me, but eventually service showed up. A very nice fellow who, unfortunately, forgot to check the rear right tire. As a result, we drove 35 miles to the AAA service station dragging a flat rear tire that ended up dissolving into rim by the time we arrived at our destination. He pretty much accepted full responsibility and JIM STEWART, facility manager at the station at 3505 Westgate Drive, Durham, NC was fantastic. I called him constantly and he was very receptive and even helped lead me through the beginning parts of the damage claim. This was handled fairly and quickly.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Extremely dishonest, unethical, and incompetent. Had my car repaired incorrectly, which ultimately led to engine damage. I’m now forced to either replace the entire engine or total the car. What should have been a simple fix turned into a complete nightmare. Please save yourself time and money and take your car to someone who is honest and knows what they’re doing. AAA failed to take responsibility for the damage to my car and has thus cost me thousands of dollars.

I have come here a few times to get International Drivers Permits over the years. In the past the customer service has been fine, but not great, and as others have said the wait can be so long. This visit was amazing and it was because Ebony at the customer rep desk, was so sweet, kind, funny, and efficient. It helps that I didn’t have to wait in line (the ability to set appointments would be nice), but I would have been happy to wait if it meant getting the service I got from her. It’s a shame that I only need service here every couple of years, because I would love to interact with Ebony more often!
