AAA San Jose Brokaw Commons Branch

Easy Peasy. Was in and out fairly quickly on a Firday. Needed to add my wife to my policy and add a new car. Process was easy and simple. Just need the other’s person’s drivers license number and VIN for the cars. I had already did the quote online, and the prices matched up for the most part. Monica helped me out and she was great. Very friendly and nice. Everything was straight forward and it was a very pleasant experience with her. Thanks!!!!

This is for the service department, if I could give 10 stars I would! The team over there was exceptional, made what would have been a normally extremely stressful situation easy to handle. They were communicative the entire time they had my vehicle and Alex and Dan really took amazing care with me. This experience has solidified me as a lifelong AAA member. If you are searching for amazing customer service look no further. Thank you again to Alex and Dan!

Everyone on here was giving Alex bad reviews and talking poorly about the mechanics, not deserved in my opinion. yeah I agree some of the services are over priced but it’s a corporate owned shop what do you expect? I showed 40 minutes before the shop opened because my car broke down on the freeway on my way to work and one of the mechanics let me inside to use the bathroom and get out of the cold until the front desk opened. They gave me water and even gave me a complimentary Lyft to get back and forth while my car was in the shop. I didn’t end up getting the repair because the car was basically totaled but they were cool and reasonable about everything. Not a bad experience at all.

My name Is Hector and I have been a AAA member for 5 yrs and I have recently had some issues with vehicle transfers etc. ,and Cathy a receptionist at the 1035 E Brokaw Rd branch has been a great help to me with info and great professional courtesy thank you Cathy!

Update: I visited again today, they are still friendly, helpful and a there was a short wait. Of note, parking isn't that great during peak times. It's a large lot, but shared with other businesses. Previous: Great AAA location with friendly, helpful staff. I did not have to wait very long.
