Got an International Driving Permit here, including passport photos. The whole procedure only took 30minutes and I left with the permit. Absolutely no complaints. They offer passport photos for $20, unless you’re a member - then they may be free. The international driving permit was an additional $20.
LOVE this branch! The nicest employees and almost zero wait time. It made handling DMV stuff a lot less painful
As a first time car owner, I was intimated with the process of finding insurance. I was lucky to find Jeff, who was super helpful and got me a great policy. 10/10 recommend!
We are the senior couple as AAA auto & home insurance clients service by Jasmine Fu for many years … She is very professional & kindly provided outstanding consultant for our family s insurance business always … We highly recommend her to our friends as best AAA insurance agent .
I went to this branch to get a temporary handicap placard for my wife who is unable to walk at the moment. I was told by the front desk lady that my wife is required to be there in person (not true for California). She then said my wife also has to be added to my AAA membership to get the placard as well. She then started questioning if I even have AAA membership and insisted on me just adding my wife to my plan since it's so "cheap". The whole thing felt like she was trying to sell me more over a handicap placard and looking at another persons review, sounds like they had the same experience. I've been an AAA member for over 10+ years with 2 auto policies and 1 home policy yet I'm still being upsold for a simple DMV service. I'd avoid this branch and frankly, I'm deeply considering switc
