AAA Sacramento University Village Branch

DMV services are awesome here. I'm a newer member so didn't realize they were available before but I spoke to Jennefer and she was so knowledgeable and kind. All the staff are wonderful and helpful, and everything was streamlined and super quick. Turned what could have been a stressful DMV registration experience into a pleasant one.

I come to the AAA office at the corner of Fair Oak Blvd and Howe Ave many times for many different reasons. Some time for membership, some time for insurance, and some time for DMV paperwork. I have tried to walk in or make an appointment online if I have time to plan. The office is in an excellent location. However, the parking lot is always super busy. I couldn't find any parking a few times when I was there. The employees are very professional and friendly. I wish they could take care of all the DMV business at their office!

Heather was the best she was funny,perfessional,kind and simply amazing! AAA saved me from the long lines and irration. Walked in and did, out of state vehicle title registration, new tags, all in less than an hour...Thank you.

To day I faced a rude behavior of the lady,I think her name is LIGIA . She was impatient and rude , her behavior may have been because of my wife's appearance, if so, she has committed a hate crime. The AAA workers must perform their duty in a friendly and courteous manner with the customer, especially when they realize that the customer can't speak English very well.

Jason did a great job. He quoted me a competitive price. So I canceled GEICO. He explained my policy. Also set me up on Auto Pay. Thanks Jason for the help.
