AAA Sacramento Capitol Mall Branch

I have been an AAA Plus member for over 10 years. I had to tow my inoperable vehicle only 2 miles down the street to my friend's house who is a mechanic to fix it. They made me wait over 2 hours just to come pick up my vehicle and have it towed. I watched another AAA vehicle drive past me while waiting for them to issue my inquiry. Don't make my mistake. Don't purchase these AAA con artists' membership. They do nothing but make you put your life on hold and drop everything else planned for the day because they're automated system is garbage

Went in today to get an international driver's license. I had my form ready and some 2x2" photos. Everything was super smooth and easy. They do take photos on site if you need. Staff was all incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They also let me park my bike inside because it was HAILING outside. Just a welcoming, human AAA office. They all deserve a raise--go share this review with your bosses.

This location doesn't have enough staff. Every time I go there's only one DMV employee working. Each transaction takes a substantial amount of time for some reason I don't know. So I'm unable to just complete simple registration services. If this was my only AAA experience, I'd cancel my membership. For how long I have to wait in here, I could just go to DMV!

We came here on a whim to find information about getting a title replacement for a car, and we were held by a really nice representative, that explained how exactly to sell a car with a title transfer. She was so helpful and showed us exactly what we needed to do. I highly recommend AAA, their services are great and their representatives are always super helpful and efficient.

That's my go-to pizza a martini that particular afternoon I asked for a pink Cadillac it's not on the menu it could not have been better made if it was on the menu somewhere else not a big drinker but it was a wonderful pink Cadillac hopefully you would get the same bartender with the exact chemistry or better luck next time
