AAA Rockland

Went and picked up a new car today, around the corner was Rockland AAA so I decided to go there to transfer my registration. A woman helped me and I have to say that my interaction with that Woman it was a blessing in my life. I won’t go into all the details but let me just say that she was an incredible human being so kind so helpful and definitely one of the best customer service reps and human beings I’ve dealt with Businesswise in years. I think her name was Pam but I’m not sure my granddaughter was with me and she seems to think that was the woman’s name. And I think she mostly works over the registry area. Unfortunately we were not able to complete my registration transfer because somehow my registration had been canceled even though it was supposed to be good for another year but so

Very unhappy with your customer service at your Rockland office, my daughter randomly walked into your office Friday afternoon December 5th in need of insuring her car. She was unaware of your company policy that an appointment was necessary, she was so upset as she walked back outside to her father's car, stating the woman looked past her then back at her coworkers and stated loudly " Can someone explain to HER- SHE HAS TO MAKE an appointment "!! WOW how rude can you be My family has been a AAA member for at least 30 years. My father was a gold member and as a gift to all his children and grandchildren included us all in his policy each year. I'm appalled after hearing of her interaction today! What happened to the days you walked into a place of business and someone greeted you with

It's great having AAA close by. Being a member has many perks. People think it's just for road side assistance but there's so much more. My visit was quick. I observed friendly and attentive staff all with a smile.

Great atmosphere. Everyone we spoke with were so very friendly. I absolutely recommend using them.

I ran out of gas on the side of the highway yesterday, they asked me if I was in a safe place ( which I was ). They were there in 20 minutes with 5 gallons of gas and got me on my way. I also got my real ID that you need to travel. It was so much easier than going to the RMV. As long as you look on the website and check off everything you need to bring, it’s awesome. You are in and out. I honestly don’t know what I would do without AAA, best investment ever
