I’m so grateful to have this office near by to take care of my DMV and general insurance matters. I love the consistency on their excellent costumer service… The front desk agents are courteous and friendly. My agent Juan Murillo is knowledgeable, patient, helpful, reliable, and friendly. I called AAA to ask about Cruises out of San Pedro. I spoke with Matthew, provided my budget and what I was looking for. Within one hour he was able to email me multiple options based on my wish list and was booked the same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend using AAA for booking your next trip. I will definitely use this service again.

I had the greatest experience at the AAA in San Pedro. Sorry did get the person name. From the front desk to every service I needed was excellent customer service. I got my membership, auto registration and tags. I received a quote for life insurance and got auto insurance coverage. I was in and out with in one hour. Thank you San Pedro AAA

Worst service ever the lady couldn’t find my policy, been a policy holder over thirty years, all I needed was my tags for this year!!! Lord should have gone to DMV in Compton probably would gotten better service!! Thank God for the other agent step in helped solve my insurance and tags issue . Sorry to say Long Beach office is best!!!

I went into the RPV location to take my car out of Non Op. Turns out the lady helping me charged me for two years worth of registration renewals with all the fees and penalties. I found this out the next day when I went to the Torrance location and they were not able to refund me or give me my registration stickers. The manager said I have to go to the DMV because of this error from the technician that occurred at RPV. The technician, whose initials are “KGS”, was a grumpy, overweight woman with the worst attitude and snark. I’m leaving one star because there is not an option for zero stars. If she was friendly and gave me a chance to ask a question or clarify what she was charging me for, this probably wouldn’t have happened. She was worse than an actual DMV employee.
