They don’t even know their own policies. Told us we didn’t need to bring a key for the car (which is not even able to be driven) then when my husband arrived he ended up needing the keys. Then they got upset when they got called dumb because they don’t know what they are doing. So much wasted gas for no reason. Do better & learn what needs to be done/said.

I have been a member since 2005 and was very disappointed with the service on May 4, 2023. I called requesting a winch out for my Ford Expedition from the mud just off my driveway. My first call was at 7:05 PM, I was told I was #1. After one hour I called again to get the status of the service. I was told it would be another two hours or 10:45 PM. At about 10:50 PM the tow truck driver showed up. He didn't look at my vehicle and said" this is a recovery and it will cost a lot of money. But they have equipment". Again I called AAA Oklahoma and operator offered other than another call and 105 more minutes waiting. My wife had a stroke, seven operations on her left knee and I am 84 years old. I must have available transformation for emergency's I have been a member for 18 years I

I really wanted to give them four or more stars but because I had to keep calling to see when the tow truck would arrive because I needed to get to the nearest Harley dealer before they closed. 90 minutes is not bad and the driver was awesome.. so really 4 stars..

Yall messed up the front end of my challenger you ask me to send you a quote and I do now you need me to fill out a form that I can't fill out so I guess yall get away with messing people cars up I think I should seek legal help at this point if not I'm out of 4500 dollars not fair

Great insurance agent, I've been with Thomas for 20 plus years. He has several companies he can write politics thru. With our good driving record we saved a lot of money. His prices are competitive and can be lower than other insurances. Our auto policy was the same or just a little less in cost, but we got higher coverage limits for the same cost. I highly recommend him he's located at 84th and S Western.
