At the urge of the AAA CSR, I had my car towed to this location. I was quite impressed with the aesthetic and the interior. But mostly impressed with the guy at the car care front counter! I heard this woman complain endlessly and irrationally to him and he just patiently and kindly responded. She wasn’t angry (or maybe she was mildly upset) but she ranted and raved about the shape of her car like he had created the issue. I told him that he was a saint. So hang on to that young dude with the brown hair. Better yet, give him a raise 😊. The other gentleman was equally kind and friendly! Great staff! The staff make all the difference…

My car was brought into the AAA Shop on May Ave. in Oklahoma City, after a minor accident on November 27th. After a ton of back and forth with my insurance company and problems with AAA accepting payment my insurance company, I finally went to pick up and pay for my car today, January 8th, as I was told it was done over a week ago and ready to go whenever the insurance payment was figured out. After paying for my car, I did a walk around and I discovered a chip in my paint on the wheel well where the work was done that wasn't there prior to them having my car and that did NOT happen in the accident. Also, one hub cap that was lost in the accident was never purchased to be replaced, and the other hub cap was still sitting on my passenger seat and NOT on my tire. And then I go to drive it ho

What's not to like. I got a free oil change... far be it for me to complain. I was there for a while but it was busy and they had coffee, so I was fine. The people I talked to were nice and professional.

Got an International Driver’s Permit made here and traveled to Japan, only to be denied by multiple car rental companies due to the permit being stamped incorrectly. When I returned and asked about compensation or support for the error this office made, the only thing they offered was a refund for the IDP I originally paid for. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to take further action made the experience even worse. I can’t recommend this location for IDP or any services if you need things handled correctly and reliably.

Read before coming here for the IntentoGO services. The gentleman at the front desk when you walk in does not listen. He asked if I was there for AAA services and I responded with no I'm here for the identity services. He told me to have a seat across from the desk and that they'd get to me shortly. A woman told me to fill out a form at the desk I was sitting at, unbeknownst to her or myself that I was in the wrong waiting area. I came in 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Waited in the wrong area then when it was 2 minutes from my appointment, I informed the woman who told me to fill out the form what I was there for.
