AAA Naples

This is not a reflection of the AAA location seen in the photo, but the AAA Roadside Assistance available to members. I had the infortunate occurrence of needing roadside assistance last week at 9:45am. I spoke to AAA and they indicated my membership had expired and I needed to talk to Membership Services and connected me to them. They confirmed I was a member in good standing and I should call back and tell them that or ask for a manager. I finally placed my call for roadside assistance since I had a flat tire and no spare. I was sent a test message which was reassuring from AAA indicating that a driver would be assigned and I would be kept updated through messaging. After buying a Progressive Car Insurance Policy (overpriced), 2 months later I did receive a Progressive hidden fee of $50.91 to pay and guess what?. For not being a property owner!!. The most absurd thing I ever heard. Or Progressive is trying to obligue people buying unaffordable houses to get that discount. Or Progressive is working hard recovering the money they return to their customers in Florida for selling overpriced car insurance policies.

I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed in AAA and the services of Martin Angeli. I was referred to him by a very trusted family friend and purchased auto insurance for both of our cars. When we were purchasing a house, I asked him for a quote and he did not take any time to explain anything to me, did not return phone calls, never followed up, and just lacked any kind of care. I lived in IL for 20 years and was looking for someone to explain how FL worked. Big mistake. My wife and I left and went to a competing company that received all property, auto, and home insurance. I walked into the Naples center to complain about this agent and received confused signals. Finally got a phone number and will call, but AAA has lost me as a customer.

If this is the right office Javier picked me up around 545 pm. He was absolutely amazing. He was kind, professional and prompt. He is a jewel for triple. So appreciated. ❤️
