The only reason I’m giving this five stars is because of Dana Walker at the Montebello location. My overall experience with AAA Driving School was underwhelming and felt a bit disorganized at times. That said, Dana is an absolute gem. They made my son feel comfortable behind the wheel . If you are looking for an instructor who is calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your success, Dana is the one to see. Great instructor, mediocre school.

It’s 2026 and this place doesn’t take debit cuz the dmv. Only cash or cc so be aware. It’s annoying rather just go to dmv. Same thing. Long lines and bad service . Won’t be renewing my aaa membership. Kinda pointless.

I had a great experience with AAA Driving School. The instructors, Dana Walker and Carlos Palacios, were patient, professional, and made learning to drive feel safe and manageable. Scheduling lessons was easy, and the lessons were well-structured and focused on real-world driving skills. As a parent, I feel much more more relieved that my son was guided by professionals. Highly recommend for new drivers!

Dear Montebello AAA Customer Service Manager. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your Montebello location. On Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 3:17. I visited, expecting assistance with car registration at Montebello AAA office. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I associate with AAA. When I entered the office, I was asked whether my sister was a member. I informed the agent that she was, and the agent requested my sister's phone number. However, she was unable to locate my sister's membership in her system. I asked if there was any other information I could provide to help her find my sister's membership. She told me there was nothing else she could do and confir

10 stars for window number 22 in the late hours of closing time. My elderly papa was late for his Real ID appointment. She let it slide and attended to us with professionalism and respect. We were in and out within 15 minutes. I huge burden has been lifted from the one act of kindness. Thanks for for your service!!
