I applied for an international drivers permit, walk in, took less than 15 minutes and I was already out of the door with my permit/book! Remember to bring 2 passport photo. You can also download the application form from AAA website or you can fill it out at their desk. Fee cost is $20 and permit is good for 1 year.
Third month in a row I have not been able to get through to customer service to ask about my policy and pay a bill. I have complained and yet I'm still on hold for almost 2 hours now and unable to reach a representative. Please fix your phone lines this is ridiculous!! Also, no online portal to check or pay bills? Are we in the stone age? Get it together.

Came to get my international drivers license. Linda was very helpful and polite, only took about 10 mins from when I walked in the door!
