AAA Insurance - Skown Agency, LLC

I have been with this agency off and on for many years. The people are pleasant and generally good to work with. There are times, however, when they don’t return my phone calls. I stay because their rates are the best I’ve found for my situation. If they didn’t have the best rates for me, I might consider going somewhere else.

When a member of the staff calls you a lair, you find a new insurance company. I’ll finish the year w them but then off to better customer service w another provider.

The people that work at this office are horrible. I have had the same agent for at least 10 yrs and I really like him which is why I put up with these people. Latest is I called to get insurance and said I had left a message for my agent to call and hadn't heard anything back, no mention of I know he got message or he is out of office or I'm sorry. Got my insurance and said my husband would be in to pick up certificate and my husband said when he went in the one girl was helping someone and the other didn't even look up at him.. When the one was finished with who she was helping she didn't say anything my husband just said to her I am here to pick up insurance. She never got up to acknowledge until she had to go to the fax machine and see if it was there. Being friendly goes a long way

We have been insured by AAA for many years. Whenever we have called or emailed them for service, they have been responsive and quick to assist. I work with Leandra there most often. I would highly recommend this branch.

Worst experience ever. Just had my brakes replaced 1 week ago and now have no brakes. Great customer service not. I was told to fix another problem that they had caused. Now I have to get a tow truck. Would not recommend this place to anyone
