Jill is the worst. She was not helpful, rude and has the worst customer service I have ever expirenced. I have been with the company for 5 years and no decency. She was judgemental and has no class. If you use AAA I would not go through the Houghton office.

The people here are great and will work with you to get a better rate. If you like in person meetings this is the place for you, because their website is impossible to use consistently and get the information you need. As always make sure to rate check every few years but the people here will take care of you.
