AAA Idaho Falls Service Center

They responded within a half hour of my call to jump my battery. Turned out it was past its life and I needed a new battery. The mechanic, Matt, was too kind in that he called his boss several times to see if they had a battery in stock but he never picked up. Knowing my phone died, Matt wanted to make sure I got a good battery asap and asked if I wouldn’t mind following him to the shop as he was almost sure they had a battery replacement for me as it wasn’t showing up in AAA’s inventory. Sure enough, there was a 3 year battery that fit my car and Matt installed it promptly and I was on my way. Sadly I had no cash to tip Matt as he went above and beyond, so I know AAA will see this and hopefully give him a nice Christmas bonus! Thanks again Matt! 🙏🏼🎉😎

We were helping a fellow Camper who locked her keys in her car at. A very remote campsite in Wyoming. They were very helpful. And called several time to follow up and make sure the Locksmith showed up.

Had been a long time fan and customer of AAA but sadly the AAA office in Idaho Falls has fallen quite short. Customer service in their office is terrible. The front desk woman spoke in a bitter tone and was very condescending. I cannot stress enough how much you should not go there. The same insurance coverage is so much cheaper elsewhere.

They are listed as closing at 5:30. I showed up at 5:10 immediately after getting off work and driving across town to pay for an international drivers license, but I was turned away because they "shut everything off at 5." Nowhere on their site does it say that they stop that service at 5.

Since I'm "old school" and like real maps, Sue was very helpful to get those ready for me to pick up! Of course, while I was there, I saw several items that will help make travel more enjoyable!
