Nice place to get your photo id, most other places are closed. Better hours.
Calling for information was portraying that customer (ME) is bothering their daily routine. It is work right? Daily routine at any AAA customer service answering questions. While they are knowledgeable, making someone feel stupid for a question asked is not an incentive for a membership with with them or keeping it?
Went here to renew my license and get a membership. Everyone was very nice and helpful as well as friendly and welcoming. There was not too long of a wait. The process of renewing my license was simple, quick and easy. It's so nice to not have to drive all the way to Mercer just to renew my license. I am also glad I got my membership back, AAA has helped me so many times in the past. Definitely useful service to have.
I wouldn't be able to describe just how wonderful Chelsea was to us today. Helpful, kind, attentive to detail, approachable, and thorough are understatments. A customer service experience like this one would bring me back. Thanks, Chelsea.
