AAA Greenhaven Branch

I made an appointment but was able to go straight to the counter and get my temporary disabled placard. It took less than 10 minutes to be in and out with a card so I can now park in handicapped parking spaces. The clerk was very helpful and polite and did ask if my paperwork in a very timely fashion. Will definitely go back if I need more DMV stuff done.

Sunnii Cross at the Greenhaven AAA branch provided outstanding service. I made an appointment online and came in to review multiple policies, fix contact information errors, and resolve billing and discount issues that had been frustrating to handle over the phone. She spent over an hour helping me, was knowledgeable and patient, and brought in a supervisor when needed to make sure everything was handled correctly. I left with a lower bill, an account credit, and a much better understanding of my coverage. After a string of unhelpful experiences, this visit completely turned things around. Highly recommend working with Sunnii at this branch.

Kudos to Ruben Vasquez, travel advisor, for his patience and expertise getting our cruise booked. All the staff were super polite and helpful! We never felt rushed and we asked a lot questions.

My first time coming in to renew my vehicle registration and the lady closest to the door greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. She directed me towards Brandon (assuming that's his name) and he helped me and finished within 5 minutes I did come in around 3:50 - 4:10 ish so maybe that's why it didn't take too long, nonetheless quick and easy process.

So much quicker and easier than the DMV! Clayton helped me update my registration and my tags, and was a pleasure to talk to! Stress gone!
