AAA Franklin

Easily made an appointment online to renew my license and upgrade to a Real ID. Walked in and the whole vibe of the place was lovely. People saying hello, smiling. I got in the queue and feared I was going to run a little late for my appointment, but Jim assisted me in no time. Do so efficiently, but without leaving me feeling rushed at all. Worked through my various documents explaining things as he went. Sent me over to Joy, who lived up to her name. Helped me with the license/Real ID, pointed out that my passport was about to expire as well, and once the license/Real ID was done, we hopped over to take my passport renewal photo. I walked out with the application already in hand and instructions for what I needed to do next. All within 15 mins. This was not only easy, painless, efficient

This office consistently makes my life easier. I used AAA for my car insurance for about ten years before switching to another provider a few years ago. Today, when I started shopping around to switch my current policy, I was shocked by how expensive everything had become. After a quick call to this office, I was connected with Todd and Linda, who were both incredibly helpful—especially considering I was calling with an urgent request on a Friday afternoon. They were so kind and efficient that dealing with insurance became the easiest part of my car purchasing process (who would have thought?). Today's experience confirmed exactly why it's worth going out of my way to make sure they have my business. Thank you!

I always have had good experiences with AAA until an incident today. I was speaking with Tonya when the call dropped. It had taken me about 20 minutes to get through to an agent. I had expected her to call me back because she had my phone number. No call back... very frustrating.

NOT ABOUT THE FRANKLIN STORE BUT ACTUAL SERVICE! Driver showed up about 3hrs after request. Told me could not tow because he would block street for a short time. Told me to call police for towing and pd would require using their own company. Called Wrentham pd told me it was BS. Got another non AAA company in 30min did the tow no problem but cost me $250 out of pocket. AAA was useless and a wast of time and money.

I made an appointment to get the Real ID at this location. Tracy and Jim were extremely helpful and professional. I started with Tracy and she really went above and beyond as soon as I came through the door. She then passed me over to Jim and he was extremely friendly and made this an easy process. Because of them, I was also able to save money on a couple of upgrades on my AAA account. GIVE THEM A RAISE ! THANK YOU
