AAA Denver Cherry Creek

I had my truck towed by AAA.. and the tow truck driver literally broke off my steering wheel. I fought with them for months and provided all the estimates, photos. And videos they requested. The idiot I dealt with on the phone was rude, insulting, and doubted me. I watched his driver break off my wheel then hand it to me.. I never received compensation and after jumping through a 100 hoops. I paid for the repair out of pocket. AAA is GARBAGE. IT IS A RIP OFF, DONT USE THEM.

I've been shopping for a new insurance carrier for the last few weeks, and was connected with Phil from this office via AAA's website. We had a few productive emails back and forth about coverage and quotes, but then Phil decided I wasn't worth his time to respond anymore. It was a combined $7000+ amount of insurance (home, 4 autos) that he didn't want I guess. So, I'm still shopping for new policies and frustrated to have wasted time with this office.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with AAA. From the very first phone call, the tow truck driver was aggressive and hostile. He immediately questioned whether the vehicle was registered. It was. He then asked what was wrong with the car. I explained that my husband, whose name the membership is under, was on his way and would be able to explain more when he arrived. That answer clearly upset him and he said he would not do the tow. He then said he was calling corporate and hung up on me. A few minutes later, he called back and claimed there was a note from corporate stating that if the member was not present, he could not touch the car. He continued raising his voice, questioned whether the plates were valid, and insisted my husband did not even have

I am so highly upset about what happened to me last night. My car locked on me while driving 60 miles an hour. It came to complete stop and my steering wheel even locked. I was in the middle lane of a busy road. My 4 year old son with autism was with me. I called AAA and told them my situation. They told me someone would come immediately to help me and stay out in my car. I waited 30 minutes in my car with my son. No one came, I noticed I had to get out of my car onto the side walk due to the amount of cars driving fast by us. This was at 6pm. At 7pm I called them asking them what happened and needed an update due to my son and I being stranded on the side of the road. They told me they cancelled my help… I told them I still needed it.
