I cannot recommend this car care team enough. From start to finish, the service is consistently excellent. What truly sets them apart is their transparency. Took car in for routine oil change. Brought car home and seatbelt chime is no longer working. NEVER had any issue with this in 11 years until yesterday. Took it back for them to check it out and service manager denied fault. Will not go back to AAA on Sam Rittenberg in Charleston SC and will most likely cancel my AAA membership after 25+ years. Do not recommend their auto department.

Unreliable roadside assistance. Called @4pm with a tire issue on a Saturday. By 9am Sunday still no help and continued advice that dispatch was trying to assign my case. This is despite being told twice that someone was coming (@6pm and 8pm Sat). I spoke directly with 3 different people getting the same advice. The worst experience was when I got put through, someone answered, and all I got for 10 minutes was the sound of a parent overseeing her young kids. I’ve been a AAA member for 40+ years and this is by far my worst experience. AAA is usually totally reliable- but not in this part of the country.

Let me start by saying that I have been a AAA member for years, and I have always had great service at this location...until yesterday. I had a tire blowout, and I knew that since I eventually needed 4 new tires, I would price them, and set an appointment ASAP. I spoke to John, gave him my tire size, and he said he would check, and call me back in 10 minutes. Well, 45 minutes later, since I had not heard from him, I called back. The other gentleman said that he was probably with a customer, and he would have him call me as soon as he was free.' Well...another 45 minutes passed. I needed to book an appointment ASAP, as I was traveling in 2 days. I couldn't wait, and I called Midas, and booked an appointment for this afternoon, and I called back and told them to forget looking into tires fo
