AAA Carrollwood

Well, I thought I did the due diligence before I went to that branch. I googled and I googled, and I called but it still wasn't enough. The lady who 'helped' me over the phone was clearly having a bad day. I was going to get international driver's permit. I asked all kind of questions on the phone. About making appointments, about the application, about bringing passport photos and so on. I thought I did a good job. Right!? But no! I got there just to be told to turn back around because I can only get the permit within 6 months or less prior the travel date! One would think that such information is of somewhat of an importance and could be shared prior to visiting the AAA branch especially if you call ahead of time!! So word of advice, before you go to that AAA office make sure you know

My car got picked up this morning right on time. The gentleman was very nice and friendly. Thank you so much AAA

Went to get a document notarized and it needed two witnesses. I understand that the company doesn’t provide it but the lady at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of having to find two witnesses that aren’t family. She didn’t smile, a smile goes a long way. Very disappointed with this customer service especially because I got this same document notarized a year ago with no problem. I hope their customer service can improve in this future! 8/20/25

Poor experience and customer service!!! You sent someone out that was supposed to arrive at 8:37. They didn't arrive till 9:37 without a battery. Then they told the dispatcher and everyone else that we declined the battery because of the price which was a lie. He told us he didn't have a battery for my vehicle! No one asked about a price. How can we ask about a price for a battery he claimed he didn't have? A waste of time. A waste of a call and service, now here we are calling AAA again the next morning for something that was supposed to be completed the night before such of an inconvenience.

Difficult location to see and find. No easy access for those with strollers of disabilities. Service was good and efficient. Lots of brochures in addition to their personalized services. Other that the inconvenience of getting there, a nice place for members.
