Great customer service. The guy who helped me was very nice and respectful, and suuper thorough. And they have a bathroom, which was convenient and clean! I've been to this location several times to get my international drivers permit - most recently just a few days ago. No appointment or anything, I just walked in with all my papers filled out, paid the $20 fee, and was finished in 10-15 minutes. Note, I came here on Saturday about 30 minutes before they closed. Fun fact: you can save the $16 fee and come in with your own passport pictures (you need 2 pics). The only "negative" parts of my experience were: 1. it's a far commute from my house, and 2. a lady behind the counter yelled at me loudly across the office for taking a paperclip.. she was like "what are you doing over there, those

I’ve been waiting to get an email from triple A for a customer survey, but I haven’t gotten in yet. I feel compelled to acknowledge the amazing customer service I received from this location. I am so impressed by the overall helpfulness, friendliness and cleanliness of this triple A. A special shout out to Starr, Merlissa, Trevor, and Brian ( the gentleman at the check out in the back, I’m sorry if I forgot your name ). I went here to get a real ID license and I did not have the correct documents. Fortunately enough I was offered to go home and find them and come back. The accommodated me swiftly and advised me on all options. A very special thank you since excellent customer service these days is few and far between. Thank you so much for making that experience wonderful💕

I’m really disappointed with how AAA handled my situation. I’m still a member, but honestly after this experience I’m questioning why. I reached out to AAA for help getting another car insurance policy after NYCM dropped me literally over one payment during the week my father passed away. I had the money, I explained the situation, and just needed support. NYCM told me that AAA could call and help fix the issue. So I did exactly that. And then AAA turned around and said they couldn’t help me get another policy through them at all. No real explanation, no options, nothing. Just a flat “no.” For a company that’s supposed to help people in stressful situations, they showed zero effort. I wasn’t asking for anything crazy just assistance navigating my insurance, especially after being a loyal c

Patrick with Triple A came out because my cars battery had died from how cold NYC has been. He was quick, service oriented, and got the job done quickly and with very little fanfare. Gave my battery the boost it needed to recharge and get things going again. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with Car Batteries this season.

I recently visited a AAA office to obtain my international driver's permit on November 10, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. - **Membership Benefits Not Honored**: As a AAA member, I was under the impression that the photos required for the international driver's permit would be provided for free. However, upon arrival, I was informed that one of the machines necessary for the photo process was out of order. I was then told that I would need to go to CVS to pay an additional $18 for the photos before returning to complete my application. This felt unreasonable, as it denied me a benefit that should have been readily available. - **Unprofessional Staff**: During my visit, I interacted with two associates, Melissa and Star. Unfortunately, both were extremely unprofe
