I purchased a family life insurance policy, and it definitely exceeded my expectations for life insurance rates. I especially appreciated learning about the ways to save on membership dues. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Had an appointment with an agent. Prior to arrival their internet failed. Okay stuff happens. Signed up for membership. Agent then tried to walk us through the trip itinerary on her cell phone. Agent failed to communicate in a timely fashion. I went back a week later to cancel membership and get refund. Spoke with a so- called manager who assured get me her manager would reach out to me, and I would get a refund. No one contacted me. Went back a week later spent 30 minutes waiting on clerk looking at computer. He printed a cancellation said my refund would be 3-4 days. Guess what? Nothing. I just want my money back. I can't get my time back. Don't use this incompetent AAA. I will get my refund.

Tiffini Mendez was the perfect AAA agent going out of her way to help me get a passport, international drivers card and AAA Visa for an international trip. She was very attentive.
