I would give this place a half a star if I could. I live in rural Montana took half a day off of work drove an entire hour for my appointment after speaking with a AAA rep (Rachel) got the checklist for what I would need to provide to get my real ID off of the state of Montana website. Showed up with everything that was listed on the checklist but was told my w2 wouldn’t work because it doesn't have a month and day only has the year listed which was 2024 ( mind you this is NOT what is stated on the checklist). After being turned away by a chick with dark hair and a philtrum piercing on a power trip. I went to the dmv and somehow everything I had previously tried to provide for AAA was completely acceptable for them and I was able to walk out with my real ID in 15 minutes. I work in custome

I think their customer service is worse than the DMV. They only schedule 3 people an hour for a license renewal which takes 5 minutes, and they will not work any harder than that. 5 people sitting around doing nothing but starring at the news on their computers. Not a care in the world about taking care of people. I think they must have hired all those who got fired from the DMV lacking work integrity.

I had to drop my uncle off to get an ID. The young lady who helped us was super friendly and helpful

We had an appointment to get our real ID's that got accidently cancelled. (My bad, not theirs) They accommodated us anyway and we got the jobs done pronto. THAT is excellent customer service!!

I'm so glad that I found out about this place. Although I'm not a member of the AAA Club I can still walk in there at any time and renew a driver's license or get a new photo ID passport at fraction of the cost. They're awesome people inside easy to work with good hospitality and customer service is excellent. I've never been happier when it comes to DMV renewals and such. Don't just take my word for it try them out sometime guarantee you'll like them too.
