I have been a member for years. Never a complaint. But flew into Cleveland Hopkins airport. My car would not start. 6 degrees out. Called AAA. Long wait for a jump. But if I needed a battery none were available..the parking lot I was at came right over & jumped me

We love Ilona she has assisted our family for years and always has insightful information. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. It is so nice when I call that Mary Joe knows exactly who I am without me saying my name. If you want to take a trip, they are the best

Very helpful travel agents that were familiar with our destination. Got some very good tips on hotels, restaurants, and points of interest not listed in their tourbooks. We didn't like the new Triptik however. Sucks. Use a navigation app or Garmin instead.

The only thing I really have a complain about is that I gave her my email and she never put in the computer correctly. But the quality of the customer care was completely awesome. She was very kind and polite.

They were there in 15 minutes for a flat tire! Absolutely great service worth every cent!! For teens I highly recommend it for when parents arn't there and they still need assistance.
