I inquired about Tiny Home insurance with Josey. She was prompt to respond inquiring about the unit. Within 24 hours I responded and that was the last I've heard from her. 16 days later, multiple emails and phone calls, I finally get the receptionist to say "we don't have a carrier for this". If they would have just said this in the beginning, great, but you just waisted 16 days of critical timeline for me to get coverage. Will not be calling again and would not recommend.

They sent me a quote after 3 days for another person, included alot of his personal information. When I informed AA Armstrong, her response was, "what, you never made a mistake. Privacy is important in my books.
