Fernanda was by far the worst insurance agent I have ever had to deal with. Non communicative whatsoever. It took her 2 weeks to get me a quote for my businesse last year and I should have ran right then and there but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Well I was mistaken. After she sold the policy, which I was severely over charged for, she completely started dodging me. Not even when I called the other day to cancel my policy with them, she still couldn’t show her face or voice over the phone. I got a quote from another dealer who was able to save me $4,000.00 dollars and had the quote ready for me that same day!!!! If you don’t mind lack of communication and getting overcharged than go ahead. If you do, I’d definitely steer away from this scamming company! LESSON LEARNED!!!! ZERO STAR

Preferred Insurance does a fantastic job finding me the right coverage and insurance company at a very competitive price every time I have insurance needs. I have all of my commercial properties and business insured through preferred. Very happy with them as my agent!! Have worked with @Sana a lot of times. They are fast, professional and easy to work with.

Im not sure why the bad reviews. I been with this insurance company for a while and they are on it. Especially Sana Hajani, she is wonderful. I run a business and always on the move so time for me is always a must. She not only gets back to me on a timely manner but goes beyond by preparing documents before hand to eliminate me waiting. And the cherry on top for me is that she takes time to explain to make me what I don’t understand since insurance can be tricky and expensive if we make a mistake. Thank you! I hope this company appreciates her hard work cause great employees like her are hard to come by.
