Nice lady but she NEVER picks up the phone or RETURN MESSAGES!!!!! I ALWAYS have to come by there it's ridiculous! She's always gone out of her way to help which is nice but i work the hours that they are open and it's very hard for me to come by. I won't have an insurance policy if it was based on their ability to communicate with customers!
