Love the ladies who work here. I understand the hussle. Just don't play EVERYONE! Some of us are single moms. We don't want to pay for extra if we don't have to. Take a different approach when adding roadside assistance. Although. We single moms might need it, some will not. Maybe try up grading this service by assistance and adding why some would need it. I was disappointed when I observed this additional service added without my consent. Trust matters, espero within our Hispanic community. I'd appreciate if your location can reverse this and have an informative event for the Hispanic committee. This way we can all make your great customer service and company thrive in out community.
